Is this an AI tool I have to configure?
No. AkiraOS uses AI internally to build the map and generate the fix faster. You do not manage prompts or models — you just answer questions about your business.
What if I do not know what to automate yet?
That is exactly the starting point. Quick Check exists to answer that question for one workflow first, before you commit to anything bigger.
How is Quick Check different from hiring a consultant?
A consultant studies your business and writes you a report. Quick Check maps one workflow you choose, in a guided online session, and hands back a working script or tool for it — not a document to implement yourself.
How long does it take to see a result?
A single workflow is typically mapped and delivered within 48 hours of you completing the guided questions — not weeks.
Can AkiraOS work with data I don't have in a clean spreadsheet?
Yes. The guided interview is designed to capture how the process actually works even when the only record is your bank statement, a messy spreadsheet, or your own memory of how it goes.
What kinds of workflows does AkiraOS handle?
Any recurring process with clear rules and a small number of exceptions — invoice matching, membership or subscription reconciliation, scheduling handoffs, and similar admin-heavy tasks are the most common starting points.
Do you store my business data?
Only what is needed to build your workflow map and deliver your fix, and only for as long as your account is active. AkiraOS is not a data broker and does not sell or share business data.
What happens after the first workflow is mapped?
You can add more workflows over time as the picture of how your business runs builds up. Full AkiraOS supports mapping and automating more than one workflow per account.
